    Order on or before June 20th and you will receive Issue #2, which will begin mailing during the first full week of June 2026.

    Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the US. International orders may take up to 6 weeks.

    All future monthly issues will mail out during the first full week of the month.

    Which issue will I begin with when signing up?

    Each mystery is only available for that particular month.

    If you sign up on or before the 20th of the month (the cut-off date), you will receive the current mystery.

    If you sign up AFTER the 20th, you will be sent the next mystery when it’s released (during the first full week of the following month).

    After that, you will receive all future mysteries as long as you are subscribed.

    Past Mysteries may be available in the future, if we have any leftover copies, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

    When will I receive my first mystery?

    Subscribe today and we’ll mail your first mystery as soon as possible.

    If you sign up on or before the 20th of the month (the cut-off date), you will receive the current mystery.

    If you sign up AFTER the 20th, you will be sent the next mystery when it’s released (during the first full week of the following month).

    You can expect your first mystery to be delivered about two weeks after it’s mailed in the US (international orders may take up to six weeks). After that, future mysteries are mailed during the first full week of every month, as long as your subscription is active.

    How does billing work?

    Your chosen payment method will be immediately charged for your first mystery on the date you subscribe. After that, you’ll be billed on the 1st of each month, and your next mystery is mailed shortly after each charge (during the first full week of the month, with short delays for weekends or holidays).

    If you sign up on or before the 15th, your next charge is on the 1st of the following month. Example: Sign up on January 14th. Payment is made that day, and your first mystery is mailed out ASAP. Your next payment is on February 1st, when your second mystery is being prepared for mailing.

    If you sign up after the 15th (the cut-off date), your next charge is on the 1st of the month after that. Example: Sign up on January 16th. Payment is made that day, and your first mystery is mailed out during the first full week of February. Your next payment is on March 1st, when your second mystery is being prepped for mailing.

    Currently, the Natalie Holden Monthly Mysteries are only available to readers in the USA.

    Are the letters appropriate for all ages?

    Though these letters do not contain any explicit language or sexual content, many of the cases involve violent crimes such as murder. Therefore, these letters are recommended for adult readers.

    Are these letters real?

    Each letter depicts a crime that is entirely fictitious. However, the cities and towns that Natalie visits are real places with real landmarks, though we fictionalize all real-world businesses and people found in these places.
