All of our letters are carefully prepared and mailed from eastern Pennsylvania using USPS. Each one is assembled by hand, sealed, and sent on its way to your mailbox.

Your first letter ships within 3 business days of your order via USPS (prepaid orders include tracking within the US). For prepaid orders, most US subscribers receive it within 5-8 business days. All other US orders are sent by regular mail and may take up to 2 weeks.

Letter #2 and all the remaining letters are sent by regular mail every other Friday of each month. US deliveries arrive within 2 weeks. International deliveries may take up to 6 weeks.

No matter when you sign up, your story always begins with Letter #1, so you won’t miss anything!
